This program is a home exercise routine using; TRX Suspension trainer; Towels; 40 inch long resistance bands; Dumbbells; a PVC or broom stick and your body weight.
There are three strength days and two mobility or flexibility days in the week. The program set up is three sets, however please progress at your own pace.
The program is designed to be performed at your house garage or backyard.
